  After a bad experience with Anytime Plumbing which included not showing up for Friday Nights appointment, and when technician came on Saturday morning, stated he couldn't get the Shower from stopping the leak after multiple cartridges installed. He stated there needed to be a Valve replacement, which they would have to open up Shower to get to Valve, which is impossible, being my shower is a kit(Plastic). They were unable to get someone to come do the work after being quoted 1500-2000 for the work. So I decided to reach out to another Plumbing Company, and from the time of the call, and the appointment scheduled the next morning, I knew I was in good hands. Myles Nicolas arrived on time, with Gloves, Masks and Booties. He analyzed the situation, and determined it was indeed the Valve that needed to be replaced. A whole was made in my drywall to access the Valve. He left to get parts, which included the valve, and complimentary Faucet, Shower Head, and Trim. 3 hours later, the job was complete. He gave me the number to someone who can do the Patch Up Work on the drywall, who he said does a good job and it's affordable. I would highly recommend Pure Plumbing, and if you have the opportunity, ask for Myles to be your Plumber. Very Knowledgeable and detailed oriented. Thank You Pure Plumbing and Myles for quality work. I will definitely use them again.

  Justin was timely and did a great job with our repairs. He was thorough and made sure to explain the necessary work and even asked if there was any other plumbing work we needed taken care of while he was there. He was very nice and professional and kept us posted as to when the parts for our repair would be available. I have nothing but good things to say, will call Pure Plumbing again in the future.

  The young men that came out to change the plumbing at my house due to a leak were punctual, polite, and professional. They worked very hard every day as it was a big project. They explained everything they had to do and told me why they had to do it that way and how they were going to accomplish it which I appreciated. When they were finished they cleaned up better than any company I had ever used. They were terrific! Great job guys and thank you for a job well done!!
