  I hired Purdy's Cooling and Heating to replace my furnace after a large company told me that my heat exchanger was cracked, leaking carbon monoxide and needed to be replaced. I shopped around a bit and found that Purdy's had a great replacement unit available for a great price. When Denny came to install the furnace, I was confused why he didn't immediately start tearing out the old furnace. Instead, he inspected our furnace heat exchanger to ensure that it actually needed to be replaced due to a crack. Professionally, he sought to verify that the heat exchanger was cracked instead of rushing through the work as quickly as possible. Upon his inspection, found that our heat exchanger was NOT cracked like the big company claimed. Denny replaced replaced our draft inducer fan motor and serviced our furnace. His professionalism and honesty saved us thousands of dollars. If you want an HVAC company you can trust to do work the right way and to be honest, look no further than Purdy's Cooling and Heating.   Last Friday my air conditioner stopped working and after searching for someone to come repair it for me, I found Mr. Purdy. I had used some of the other more well known companies over the years and was looking for something better. Well today, he showed up on time, went right to work, found the problem almost immediately, fixed the problem, then did other preventative maintenance and checks to make sure my air conditioner worked perfectly. Such professional and high quality work was worth much more to me than the very reasonable price I paid. With so much bad news in the world, I am so very happy to recommend Denny Purdy to anyone who needs air conditioning or heating work done.
