  I have two showers that leak through my ceiling. One of the welds didn't hold at all and instead of them coming in fixing it that day they told me to wait until 5 days later And during that 5 days I found that the shower faucet now leaks down the tub and under my sink is also leaking and it wasn't before. Never again so I called another plumber they came over immediately and they're coming over again today to fix the additional repairs.

  Had an emergency on a Sunday. Called and got the emergency number from the recording. Called the emergency number, no answer, left message. No one ever called back.
