  The drain in our basement backed up this morning and I called Pullman after getting a recommendation for them. Their receptionist was friendly, quick, and very helpful - got me added to their system and scheduled with zero fuss. The technician showed up right at the beginning of the two-hour window, which was only 45 minutes after we initially called the company. Considering we couldn’t use anything plumbing-wise in the house, the promptness of the service was greatly appreciated - way faster than any of the larger companies we’ve used before. Price was very reasonable and Stephen was masked, friendly, and made sure I knew exactly what was going on and what it meant. He even offered to help us clean up the wet towels and mess in our basement! We signed up for a reasonably priced one-year service contract, because we have had other plumbing issues in the past and the priority scheduling that is part of that contract is a big deal! All in all, I’m very happy with the service and professionalism and will definitely use Pullman again - and recommend them to others.

  This is the second plumbing problem I called Pullman for. They gave me a time between 8-12. I received a phone call that the plumber was running behind schedule due to an emergency. I really appreciated the communication. Steve arrived and assessed the problem and explained my options. He corrected my plumbing problem: professionally, efficiently, and timely. I highly recommend Pullman for all your plumbing problems.

  We used Pullman when we lived in Glen Mills, when we moved to West Chester we needed a few things fixed and were thrilled to find out that Pullman services our area! Steve was the plumber we used in Glen Mills and again for our most recent repair. He is very thorough and ensures that every question/concern is answered. He is very honest and upfront as well! If we ever need additional plumbing needs, Pullman will be our first call!
