  Steve Pulice came to our rescue after several days of no hot water. We have been experiencing long term issues with intermittent hot water issues. Steve came out and, while he was unable to work on the brand of boiler we have, he knew exactly who could solve the problem. He made the contact and had them there to help within the morning. Problems solved! The most surprising thing of all, and this has never happened to us before, he called us in the evening to make sure we were all set. We highly recommend Pulice Plumbing.

  I called Friday early evening with no hot water working. I was told the message would be passed on. I never received a call, so I called again Saturday, to which I was told the message would be passed on. I called again Sunday (3 days without hot water!) and was told that the plumber was out of town for the weekend. Why couldn’t I have been told that Friday, so I could have called someone else to fix the problem?!
