  Had a pipe that cracked and flooded our rooms carpet the plumber came out that day shut our water off said he had to get a part he’d be back Monday as it was Saturday. Called Monday after getting a text saying he was on his way and he never showed. They had the part but when they called they said it would be another week or more for a plumber to come out. When we explained we have no water at all we already paid and already had the plumber out they said that we had to wait and it just sucks to be us basically. Most unprofessional and inconsiderate company I’ve ever had to deal with ever. In any business.

  We had Pruitts plumbing come out to take care of a leak. They told us they had to order parts and would be back in touch with us in a week or two once the parts had come in. Three weeks later, when I hadn't heard from them I called their office and could only get an answering machine. A few days later I got a text telling me to call them because the part was in. I called again and again I got an answering machine. In the following, 4 weeks I've called several times and only been able to leave messages and have never had my calls returned. Needless to say after 7 weeks of waiting I've given up and called another plumber to fix the problem.

  We live in Chino and we had concern of a leak. They got someone out to us very quickly. He found the source of the problem and fixed the leak very quickly! A+
