We have used this company several times.  They are figured out the plumbing problem and did what they said they would do at the price they quoted. Highly recommend Rick for your plumbing needs.

Patrick came out within 10 minutes and did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. I will use Pruitt Plumbing every time.

We were in need of a plumber, stat!! considering the other company our warranty company assigned took our deductible and did absolutely nothing. I called Pruitt's this morning and Mr. Pruitt called me back within the hour. Pruitt's worked around my work schedule and had a tech here this afternoon. The issue was found and being resolved. Pruitt's Plumbing will forever be our go to company. It's so hard to find a company willing to help when disaster strikes.

No call and no show after setting a 8 to 12 time-frame the day before. avoid! Wasted 4 hours of my time and money due to having to take off of work. (unpaid) time off. Do not waste your time with this company. (Update) just had the employee call at 6:50pm same day of appointment and apologize about not making it and stated day was crazy, lots of commercial work. But was willing to come by tomorrow (sat) at normal rate. How nice. Would rather deal with leak then waste another day waiting for someone who may not show. I deal with customer relations everyday and this is just inexcusable.a simple 1 min phone call is all that is needed. Guess my job just isn't as important as a what I would assume is a more profitable business plumbing issue  that needed attention. And to the owner who said you don't know of any appointment....Never got the employees name but this is the number that called me. 90371844.....deleted the last 2 digits. Sure you can tell by what I put there.

We are unaware of the appointment please  call .So I can find out about it.

I had a positive experience with Pruitt Plumbing. They arrived promptly and worked efficiently. The sewer had to be cleared of roots.
