Let me first state that my rating is based on 2 experiences with a single employee, Brandon. I was twice assigned this company by AHS warranty for two separate properties and had issues both times. Kudos to AHS for reassigning the request without charging another service visit fee. The first property visit was from Oct 2021 to repair various toilet issues. Before doing anything, Brandon checked the water pressure outside and reported that the pressure was above 100psi and that he could not perform warranty work unless I paid out of pocket for a fix for this pressure issue. I didn't believe him and asked to speak to his manager. While talking to his manager on the phone, Brandon quickly replaced a $10 toilet fill valve and then dashed away before I could talk to him, leaving everything else unrepaired. I immediately then purchased a water pressure gauge so that I could verify the pressure then as well if I had a similar future issue again. Fast forward 5 months later to March 2022. At another property I have some faucet water flow issues. I am certain its normal wear and tear on certain 17 year old fixtures. AHS assigns Proven Professional and coincidentally Brandon is again assigned. Because it's a different property, he doesn't recognize me and immediately does the "water pressure" scam again and reports that I have over 100psi and need to authorize unwarrantied services before can proceed. I then remind him of our last encounter and before I can get my gauge on the faucet (which BTW reports 80psi), he is out of my driveway. I can't speak for all of their technicians, but beware of Brandon.

Just another reason to support private contractors and small businesses in your community. Had a polybutylene pipe spring a leak under my house in a very tricky spot that could compromise my new AC Unit/Furnace. Had a competitor give me an appt 5 days away, Rob was able to fit my job in 5 hours later. The pipe itself was a relatively small job- but the location, materials, surrounding equipment, etc needed the skillful care of a professional. Rob fixed the problem quickly, added a down spout/ shut off as a possible fail safe in the future, and even took the time to identify a completely unnecessary pipe and remove that as well. I’m still waiting for a text pic with your card info for my rolladecks sir! Nah but seriously Thank you again.

We had two water pipes burst on a Sunday morning. Called our home warranty company (AHS) and they assigned this company. On the website the ONLY listed phone number is their EMERGENCY number. SO much for that as you sit on hold forever. The longest I waited was 30 min and never spoke to anyone. I was finally able to leave a message but I'm not sure it was ever received. Their website advertises 24/7 Emergency Service. Good luck in getting any answer when they are closed, so they truly DO NOT have 24/7 Emergency service. I called the company again at 10am on Monday (they open at 9am) still got the same "on hold" music and nobody answers....EVER!! Before AHS reassigned the job, this company finally emailed me about the problem. I replied and asked them to CALL ME. They did call after nearly 2 hours and I asked if they could fix it today, as we had been without water now going on 36 hours. They said no it wouldn't be until the following day or the next day. Once again truly does not provide EMERGENCY SERVICE as advertised on their website. I got the job reassigned to another company that came out within 30 MINUTES of receiving the call.
