  I was extremely pleased with Proudfoot's help. Chad was on-time, super efficient, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to fix the issue with my sink's drain in under 30 minutes, and I was able to go back to work on time!

  I have been a customer of Proudfoot Plumbing Heating and Air for over ten years. The service I have received is always top notch. But recently they took the level of service to a new height. We had a noise coming out of a bathroom that was impossible to identify. It seemed to be water pressure related. It would come and go. Hugh did not give up and made numerous calls to our home at his expense until he was able to find the problem and fix it. You can not find service like this easily.

  Proudfoot Plumbing Heating Air is Outstanding! I've consistently received excellent service and results. Their technicians are very professional, respectful and do superior work. One of the things I like about the company is that if a technician notices a problem or potential problem with something unrelated to the service call, they inform me with recommendations and without pressure. On their most recent visit it was to repair our furnace, which stopped working during the winter. They spent a total of a day and a half to completely repair the furnace. I still feel I wasn't charged enough to compensate them for their total time. I recommend them to everyone and will continue to use them exclusively for any heating, air or plumbing issues. Very Highly Recommended.
