  Stay clear of Steve and this company. Just called for a quote to get my septic repaired. He asked to see the report so I emailed to him. Followed up 2 weeks later after not hearing from him and he actually started swearing at me telling him he never got it and that my number was a business number (its not...its my cell) and I was wasting his time. Wow! He is mad at the world. Needs another line of work.

  I called and tried to explain the situation and I was cut off and yelled at. Then he called me back and wouldn't say anything. I'll never call them again.

  Asked us if we knew where the septic was, wouldn't let us get a word in and then hung up on us. Would suggest this guy unless you want to be harassed.
