I was looking for plumbing supplies to work on an old cast iron sewer system installing a handicap shower upgrade. The parts department is around the corner from the show room. Terrifically stocked and well informed sales staff. ProSource had everything I needed to tap into the old cast iron sewer system and upgrade to PVC. They even recommend I pick up the 4" pipe at a big box store as all they had were long sections. I'm sure the saved me money and definitely time. I will return for pluming needs. Highly recommend.

Came here on the advice of our contractor. Walked into the showroom on 11/9 and it is beautiful. We received assistance from McKenzie and found the tub we wanted. She even took us into the warehouse to make sure it was the perfect one for us. I was unsure if we needed left or right sided so I told her I would call the next day to order it. She said fine and quoted $425 for the tub. My wife called next day to order but didn't get a call back so the following day called and placed the order with Jennifer the manager as McKenzie was not in. I was charged $528 for the tub as it was left sided not right sided. My contractor and plumber had never heard of such a thing as a pricing discrepancy for left vs right. To boot my plumber called and was given a price of $303! My wife immediately called McKenzie about the pricing issue and was told she would talk to Jennifer and get back to me. Well that was several phone messages and emails ago and I cannot even get a call back from them. Really disappointed with the customer service from Prosource and would not recommend them. I had really hoped that not using a big box store would just be a better experience but I am doubting that know. By the way, Lowe's has the same tub for $408 so I am really regretting my decision now. *****Update**** Just received a call from Jennifer at Prosource and they are making every effort to make this situation right. They will be correcting the price for the tub and could not have been more apologetic of the communications issues. I have to say I am very impressed with the out come and would not hesitate to shop there in the future.

My contractor sent me here because he got contractors price. Very comfortable with them because I purchased fixtures on my own from them. Worked with contact that was a person contractor worked with. Picking out fixtures went great. Rep worked wi th me to stay in budget. When contractor pick ed up materials I had chosen most were wrong and had to be returned. This was my husband's bathroom and as time has passed I realize we received sink that I did not order because my priority was I chose a sink that had slanted basin. The one we received is flat. Now year later the commode recommended(not sure I received the one I I chose) continually stops up. I have a Toto in my bathroom that I installed about 15 years ago with never an issue. Thankfully I was home when wrong tub was delivered and wrong shower hardware before either was installed. I have no need at this time for new fixtures but will never use this company for major projects
