We called, and were able to be served quite quickly. Ken came over, and was super polite and professional as he fixed our leaking water pipe. We have other work we need done, and are glad to have such a good company to call on in the future.

We have used Proservice a few times for our rentals and have never been disappointed. This last time, they completed an HVAC replacement in one day versus the two days they originally quoted us. The whole team at proservice was great with communication. Morgan in the office would call before sending people out. All employees were prompt and professional from electric to plumbing to construction. Adam consistently worked on our home and was always up front and honest, and asked our opinions of what we wanted. We had a great experience with this company!

We had Proservice install a walk-in shower.  Their tech Adam Deckard did a excellent job in a difficult situation.  There were a couple unexpected dilemmas behind the wall which Adam was able to figure out with ease.  Did the job with-in time frame quoted.  Knew his job quite well, very professional.  We would recommend this business.

Highly recommend! Pro Service installed a full heating and cooling system on our new construction build. The HVAC team was led by Gary a very personable and seasoned veteran in the HVAC industry. From design to execution, Pro Service did exactly what they said they would do, on time and on budget. The in-house installation team called before arrival, showed up in professional work vans, communicated well and a were the type of folks you could have over for Thanksgiving dinner. We moved to Fredericktown in October, 2019 and didn't know a soul. I guess we were lucky to find Proservice. We have had numerous problems fixed in the two mobile homes that we own as well as a bathroom remodeled in our house. Adam did a stellar job on the remodel pretty much by himself and worked with our schedule very well.

There are two problems that made this a four star review and not five. I believe the repairs we have had done were fairly priced for the work that was done but I think the bathroom was somewhat overpriced. Also I went back to the website to do this review and realized there is supposed to be a senior discount that was never mentioned by anyone! That being said the people at Proservice are the best! No doubt we will be calling again in the future.
