  I needed a sagging front porch fixed. They were timely on the estimate and got on the job as soon as we got permits. I can’t remember working with a nicer crew and owner. They did little things, without me knowing or asking, that were thoughtful and helped me out. I can’t wait to work with them again!

  Not many companies like to do the small jobs but these guys didn't hesitate. They are very responsive as I ask for quotes from other companies with no answer. I had a quote in 2 days. They also went beyond their duties and patched a hold and crack on another wall. This was such an eyesore and they fixed better than what I had in mind. Even trimmed it out.

  Property Medics was initially quick to respond and provide an estimate for my basement repair job. When it came to the drywall portion, on three separate occasions when no one showed up at my given appointment time I called the business and was asked to reschedule. You'd think some sort of service recovery would be offered for the unreliability that was shown. However, that was not the case. In the end, a nice gentleman by the name of Lars came out and finished the drywall in a timely manner.
