I found this company online and reached out after reading the positive reviews. The owner, Nelson, and I discussed our small job, replacing a faucet, the price and time to complete it. Nelson arrived on time, completed the job efficiently and was unbelievably clean! The price was as quoted. My husband and I are compiling a list of more jobs for Nelson. He and his work are outstanding! We highly recommend this company.

Called Property Handy pro LLC to install a new bathroom sink faucet. Nelson came out on 10/13/21 he was very professional and reasonable. I found Nelson for a job at my elderly parents. Nelson was so patient, cordial, respectful, smart and very fair with his pricing! I wholeheartedly recommend him for all of your plumbing needs and can't say enough. He is very knowledgeable and nice and on time and just overall great guy! Property Hand Pro LLC worked with us for a couple of days and we are lucky to have found this company. Nelson is very reliable and is accountable. Nelson comes on time and always goes above and beyond. He is very quick to respond in text conversations and is excellent at communicating with us in person as well. We've had companies charge an outrageous price before; Nelson is friendly, honest, and has good character when it comes to pricing - this is hard to find. He fixed our plumbing, kitchen faucet, and shower heads; replaced our sump pumps, and painted and patched up ceiling damage from leaks. He didn't just fix them, he also gave recommendations based on our best interest and took into account what type of product would be best for our family and situation. He also cleans up after which is very nice. Overall, the company's customer service, price, and professionalism is 10/10. I would recommend this company to all of my loved ones. If I could give more stars I would. You won't regret choosing this company; highly recommend!

Nelson is very reliable and did an excellent job on installing a shower head for me. He offered the best attitude and price among the other five companies I had contacted. I got a call back from him around 7pm right after my request. I thought he’s going to say “I am busy and will only work on xyz days from 9am to 5pm.” But he offered to help in 20 mins, showed up timely, and got the work done beautifully. Your home and yourself will be well-treated if you have Nelson!
