ProLine Plumbing was great. The administrator was helpful and friendly and she had a technician out to my house within a few hours. My technician (Tony) was fantastic. He was efficient, straightforward, and patient enough to explain multiple things I probably already should have known (e.g. what buttons and valves in my house to exactly what). He also carefully walked me through my options and gave me advice on the best path for repairing my water heater and considering replacing it.

My main water line broke. They repaired it quickly. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and professional. They called back very quickly. They email and text you as soon as they are on the way, great communication. Big thanks to Eddie, Vlad, Ashley and Tony.

We called this company to help us with a leak from the tub to the basement. The first individuals they dispatched diagnosed and fixed a problem, the tub spout was loose - they secured it and I was charged a dispatch fee, along with the repair costs (they were here less than an hour and the total was $299. It was perfect timing for them to come, as we had a wall open from a recent repipe. We assumed that meant that the problem we called for was fixed - no more leak in the basement. We had the walls repaired and moved on. We were wrong. A month later we notice another leak, the same spot in the basement. I call assuming they would send someone out to figure out what the real problem is for free. They waived the dispatch cost (a $69 fee). When they arrived, they said they would need to open back up our wall to see what is going on, and that that would cost us $155, plus they would need to charge us a "diagnostics" fee of $75. Again, less than an hour, plus a gaping hole in our freshly fixed wall, and the new prognosis is that the tub just isn't sealed well enough. They leave without fixing the problem (I have a sealant, and I wasn't about to pay another god knows how much for them to fix something so simple). So here we are, with a leaky tub I'll end up fixing myself, an additional hole in the wall I'll have to repair AGAIN, and another $230 down the drain. Typically when i have a job done, if someone didn't fix the problem the first time, they would work with me on the price to find something that is reasonable. We basically paid $529 total for them to fix a loose tub spout and put more work on my already very full plate by making yet another hole in the wall. I'm very disappointed. This company is overpriced. I highly recommend another plumbing business, Gagliasso Plumbing Co. They have more than reasonable pricing and the people there are super friendly and easy to work with.

Elizabeth, I am sorry to hear you were not pleased with the service you received. On our first visit you had a leak from your tub spout. Our technician fixed that issue. You called a second time over 2 months later with another leak. We did discount that service call fee to give you the benefit of the doubt. Our technician located your leak (a different issue) and you declined to have him repair it - you wanted to do it yourself. Plumbing issues can be frustrating. I am sorry you are experiencing them.
