  Jeff with Professional Plumbing was fantastic. He was very professional, polite, and easy to talk to. Beyond that, he is very knowledgeable and a great plumber as well. I described for him a problem that has plagued me for years. One that multiple other plumbers were unable to diagnose or fix. Jeff had it running better than the day I moved in in under an hour. Can't recommend Jeff or Professional Plumbing enough. Use them with confidence.

  I’m a repeat customer and I have to give a shout out to Cam and Cody for some solid repair work on our water heater. The gentleman took the time to test the issue, was upfront about pricing and options, and took care of the issue. Scheduling was great too as it only took a couple days to come out and take care of it the same day. Recommend you call these guys vs. the big name groups in town.

  They arrived promptly at 1pm, finished at 3:15pm ; 2 hr. 15 min. on the job. Installed faucet, garbage disposal, and another small filtered water faucet. All materials were provided by me. They all were installed on our kitchen sink. Zero materials were provided by the plumber. Total bill for 2 hrs. 15 minutes of labor: $1005.00. Outrageous! We would never use them again.

  One of the things our customers appreciate most about us is the fact that we offer upfront pricing. That means that all jobs are quoted before we start and we stick to the quoted price whether the job takes an hour or a day. In this case, homeowner Susan Devlin signed and approved the price before we began. Once the approved work was completed and Ms. Devlin was about to pay us, Mr. Neistat came into the room and said they weren’t going to pay that much. Mr. Neistat then proceeded to pay us what he wanted, write obscenities on the invoice, and berate our technician. Needless to say, we have added Mr. Neistat to our list of customers we won’t ever work for again and we advise other contractors to do the same – unless you get paid upfront and you don’t mind being berated. For the record, our GPS system shows that our technician was onsite for 3 hours and 35 minutes, not 2 hours and 15 minutes, and the quoted amount was quite reasonable for the amount of work we completed.
