I was thoroughly impressed on the time they showed up and installing a new furnace. It was astonishing how fast they were able to install it for me. Such a vast Improvement with the cold months coming up. I highly recommend them

I contacted Professional Heating and Cooling in the morning for our air conditioner that went down during the night and I knew that there was a larger demand for air conditioning services during our first hot stretch. The receptionist was very friendly, courteous and understanding of our service request and did an excellent job of fitting us into their schedule at the end of the a fully booked service day so we could get our air conditioner repaired in under a day. The other contractors I called said they would push me off a couple of days. The two service techs were very knowledgeable and efficient and were able to troubleshoot, replace defective components and got the AC unit operating in under 15 minutes. I was impressed with their knowledge, skills and teamwork. I would definitely recommend Professional Heating and Cooling to others. Awesome efficient service. We have used Professional Heating and Cooling a couple years ago for a routine furnace inspection and had excellent service then as well. Two thumbs up!

Boiler stopped working. Called and set up for next morning servicing. The gentleman who came was polite. He said himself that he isn’t fully capable with boilers in particular. That was a red flag to me. He called his people quite a few times to ask questions. Fine. But after a couple minutes of just poking under my unit with a screwdriver he tells me that I need a new unit. He made it seem like servicing would cost more than a new unit. So I was then informed that it would cost $5000+ to replace. I agreed to pay the price because it’s late December and I now have no heat. After the gentleman left I looked up reviews and noticed a good number of people said that they had the same ordeal. Quick glance and a diagnostic of brand new unit. So I called the company and asked to speak with the owner. The lady on the phone told me he’s on a job and will get to me when he can. So a few moments later he calls me back and after I tried to explain to him that I’m a bit confused on how only a quick glance without looking fully inside the unit could immediately tell him that I need a new one. Especially after the gentleman who came to inspect it said that he’s not fully capable with boilers. To which the owner became very aggressive and would not let me explain what I’m trying to ask. Continuing to belittle me and saying that new cars cost more than we expect (That wasn’t a typo, he said cars) and that he’s on a job right now so for me to expect him to explain all this is crazy. after telling him that I have a camera in my basement that has video and audio of the whole moment of the servicing From before, he calmed down and said he’d personally come over and take a look. Then afterwards I was called by the same lady as before and told my money I put down on the new unit was refunded and then that was it. So I guess the bosses promise isn’t gonna hold up. Not sure if he will ever show up, but I called another company and am hoping for better service.
