Wow! What a delight doing business with Proactive Comfort. It was easy to schedule and very reasonably priced. Eric was our plumber. He was professional, efficient, neat and gave us good advice. He removed an ancient water filter, replaced the bathtub drain stopper (overflow trip lever) and the corroded faucet. We’ll also consider the mini split maintenance program. Excellent company for heating and plumbing.

Eric wore a face mask, which we appreciated because we have medically vulnerable family members.

They arrived early morning as promised and did the job of replacing the heating unit, ac coil, and condenser in one day. The system works great. Very good job and I will continue to use them.

Erik was excellent and very thorough. He covered his shoes so not to track anything in the house. He explained what he was going to do and did everything including gave me a printout of the efficiency of the furnace. Would definitely refer them to anyone.

Derek was right on time and very professional and polite.

I explained our R/O faucet problem as well as a regular faucet issue and he took care of both problems quickly.

Although I have no problem with Derek’s work I do think that being charged a ‘dispatch fee’ of $50 in addition to the hourly rate is excessive.

Why is there an extra fee charged to get the technician to come to do the work? How else do you get the work scheduled?

We probably will not use this company again because of that fee despite the good repair work that was done.

I recently hired them to replace my heating system and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. There was no pressure when they came out to give me a quote and the quality of the installation was fantastic.  They were very responsive and easy to work with every step of the way.

Eric was knowledgeable and completed the annual maintenance work in an efficient manner.  He also helped me reconnect my Nest thermostat to my iPhone.

I have used them for several years.  I absolutely loved them at first when the owner and one other employee installed our natural gas boiler. It seemed like a small organization that had goog client relationships.Since then we have had several. different technicians for maintenance and to do one repair.  They have been fine but always ready to suggest some more expensive fixes.

Eric did a very good job with our annual heater maintenance. He explained what he was doing and what he found
and answered all our questions. He was also   Very professional and friendly.

I had had 6 other firms in to look at my issue.  They replaced parts, charged me a lot of money, didn't fix the issue and had no followup.

Bill from Proactive was very well versed in the diagnosing and repair units, and within 30 minutes accurately diagnosed the issue.  Bill is an EXPERT with these units.  He was prompt, professional, courteous and made sure I understood everything about the service call before he left.  He said someone would follow up with me, and the next day I received a follow up call.

Proactive uses an automated system that texts you about 30-45 minutes before your appointment to let you know they are on their way.

Derek was very pleasant and professional. He explained each step of the process for the servicing. He clearly articulated readings and results of each service (heating and cooling). Excellent experience.
