  First time doing business with Pro-Tech Air Conditioning & Plumbing. They informed me that I needed a new AC system in my house after they came and inspected the actual unit, which wasn't cooling the house properly. They gave me a detailed explanation of the process of replacing the old Carrier unit for the new Trane unit and answered all of our questions. All I can say is that exactly what was explained to us how it would be was done precisely. Very professional, very organized and careful doing the job, maintaining the area as clean as possible. I got the best AC unit in the market and installed by the very best installers to do the job right. I highly recommend Pro-Tech Air Conditioning & Plumbing for your needs. I will definitely keep doing business with them. Thank you very much for your service guys! We fully are 100% satisfied with the job done.

  Full HOME HEATING/AC SYSTEM INSTALLED! Excellent team work! Old unit remove and new unit installed in one day !. I needed a full heating AC unit and it took one phone call to schedule and in 2 days including the county permit! Good communication through the process as well. Omar led the entire process and took his time to explain. excellent services ! Highly recommend !

  First, I need to say my installer was incredible. He was on time, very friendly and professional, and got right to work. I would recommend Ricky to anyone. However, apparently they did not give him the supplies needed for a hybrid water heater, nor did they give him the time. I should say that I was going from a gas water heater to a hybrid, but I made this known when I asked for the estimate and again when they called to confirm. Ricky had to leave to go get supplies. I agreed for him to come back that afternoon, after he went to other calls. If I hadn’t, I don’t think he would have had the time to make the other calls. As it was, Ricky returned at 4 PM, and didn’t finish until 9 PM. I am writing this about 20 minutes after Ricky left, and as of right now, I am elated with the work, I just wish he had everything he needed in the morning.
