  Our water heater took a dump Saturday night. Thanks to Pro-Tech and Chris (their awesome technician) we had a new water heater installed quick and had hot water by Sunday afternoon. Chris was Friendly, took a moment to go over the new unit, and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Thank you

  Protech installed our air conditioning and heating unit. We also had them replace our ducts. They’ve done a wonderful job. We also use them for our maintenance and they do a wonderful job with that as well. They’re patient, they explain things and they’re extremely thorough. It is the only company that we will use in the future. If I have any plumbing problems I will contact them for that as well. They have proven themselves to us.

  The sales rep and installers were top notch professionals. The installation was immaculate and very well done. You would not have known any work was done in our home when they left, and they were here working for 11 hours!! Price was high, but we appreciate good quality and understand that supply chain issues are driving costs up. The only negative is, shortly after installation, the system went dead. No power to the thermostat or the system. We called the service line and were told someone would be out next day between 10am and 1pm. The technician arrived later than the window that was provided. He identified the problem and replaced what he found to be a faulty float switch. Like his colleagues the day before, the technician was extremely competent and professional. I suspect the lateness was not his fault.
