  Pro plumbing was contracted by my rental company (Wellspring Property Management) to replace pipes in my unit among many others. On Monday 8am I was notified (short notice) that the plumbing company was going to begin work that day. I came to my apartment at 1 pm to find that they had cut out dry wall covering my entire apartment in dry wall dust. Had not bothered to remove any items in the direct vicinity of where they were working. My sing with dishes, counter, paper towels, dish towels, everything was covered in dry wall dust and debris. They had also cut out dry wall in my bathroom area which also they neglected to move any of my belongings before starting the work, covering all my bathroom items on the counter in drywall as well. Dry wall dust was thinly covering all my belongings inside my apartment after making it pretty much unlivable. The kitchen sink which was not broken before they did work on my apartment was leaking when you would turn it on and the pipes underneath the sink were leaking as well, creating a puddle of water on my kitchen floor. Not only did they treat my apartment and my belongings with total lack to respect, they have left the door to my apartment unlocked after finishing work four times now. This was after I informed them that they had been doing this and to lock my door after as I was not home or coming home within a reasonable time frame. The last time was when I arrived back home from work at 9 pm on Saturday to find my apartment door not even shut or locked all the way, I was gone the entire day from 5 am so who knows how long it had been left open. This company lack totally professional behavior and respect for my belongings and myself. Would definitely reconsider choosing them as a potential service and look elsewhere. When I tried contacting them to speak to management the lady who answered the phone told me she could help me, after explaining what had happened and that I was very much upset about this I was told by her "that when you cut drywall, that is what happens." Seriously avoid this trashy company if you can, might not happen to you but still could as it happened to myself.

  I bought my first home in 1970 and have been a home owner since. In those years I have had many plumbing issues which required professional assistance. None has been as fast or professional as Pro Plumbing! They were assigned by our insurance company. I now have a preferred Plumber and highly recommend them! Denny

  Pro Plumbing calendared a Plumbing appraisal request. Then, when the job needed to be canceled, unexpectedly, Pro Plumbing graciously, kindly and most respectfully accommodated the cancelation. They would be my go to plumber for any plumbing need going forward. Would give them the highest recommendation, gladly. Thank you Pro Plumbing!
