  Mark came out the SAME DAY that our old water heater breathed its last. Water was flowing out of the WH closet causing a stream to flow down our patio. Mark was able to come out with a bright and shiny new water heater, just the size we needed, and install it. Whew! He cleaned up everything and left it better than before. I’d definitely use PRO again in the future.

  Mark answered my call on my first try, ON A SATURDAY! He was able to arrange to come to my home the same day to provide me with a bid. He installed my heater quickly and efficiently. He found a way to do the work within our budget and made sure we were completely satisfied with the performance of the work at the end. He even helped me to modify my existing fixtures to make sure they worked best with the new system I can’t say enough about how pleasant it was to work with Mark and Stephen. We would recommend him for all of your hot water heater needs.

Within 24 hours of our initial contact, Mark installed a state-of-the-art on-demand hot water system; far superior to our old fashion water tank heater at a surprisingly reasonable price. We couldn't be happier!
