  I've used Pro Drain for about four years now for drain cleaning and plumbing and every time, the service and quality of repairs has been excellent. If someone asks for a recommendation for a plumber or drain cleaner, I have no reservations about recommending them. The last time they came out, a drain pipe had ruptured behind a cabinet and water was dripping into the basement beneath it. This was not a straightforward repair and was going to require some creativity to come up with a solution. Malcolm got there at 2:00pm and didn't leave until 11:00pm. Not only that, the quality of the work was top notch and his communications throughout the process were excellent. He even had the foresight to put in a clean out in case it was needed. I could not be happier with the repair and he totally exceeded my expectations and then some.

  Pro drain was fantastic! I had a clogged drain that was backing up into my kitchen. They were able to schedule me in quickly and their prices can't be beat. Thomas arrived promptly and fixed the issues quickly and efficiently, while being so friendly. I would seriously call and ask for his help specifically in the future.

  I was able to book an appointment quickly, and the person on the phone was very friendly. Austen just came over and was such a breath of fresh air! Who knew that a plumber could be so positive, friendly, AND skilled?!? "Be the kind of person who makes you believe in kind people." I will 100% be calling them again for any plumbing need - they are my new go-to people!
