  We have used Pritchards many times now for installation of AC, install faucet, service furnace, and just last night came and repaired our furnace that had quit working. They are very responsive and they arrive when they say they will arrive! They came on a Sunday night within a few hours of our call. We will definitely keep using them for all our HVAC and plumbing needs!

  We called Pritchard Bros late on a Friday morning with a toilet issue. They were very responsive and indicated that once a crew was back from a job they would be sent out our way. Alex and Kelly showed up early afternoon and completed the job very efficiently. They did extremely clean work in a very pleasant manner. Thanks so much to Alex and Kelly for doing yet another job on a Friday afternoon! It's greatly appreciated!

  Best tradesmen I've dealt with in my life. My old water lines and fixtures needed to be replaced, and even amidst the ongoing supply chain and demand issues I got a free on-site visit the day after I called them, and a quote the day after that. They were able to give me exactly what I asked for, and they had the entire job done in a single day. They cleaned up well after themselves and kept the damage to my walls and ceiling remarkably low, and where they did need to cut it open to gain access, they did so very respectfully. I am thoroughly impressed and won't hesitate to call them again in the future.
