  I have had some terrible experiences with plumbers in the past, but my experience with Pristine Plumbing was the exact opposite of what I'm used to. From the beginning, they were professional and reliable. I had to replace my water heater over the holidays, and they were able to get me an estimate over the phone in just a few hours and sent someone over within a day. Their estimate was much lower than the other plumber I contacted, and at every turn they were looking for ways to deliver value and save me money. I will never use another plumbing company. They are fantastic.

  We had another plumber install a sink and faucet who did a poor job. I called Pristine Plumbing and was able to schedule to come out quickly. The front office staff was professional and asked all the right questions. Gabe and Brandon arrived and got right to work. They too were very professional and got right to work. The even wore booties on their shoes to protect our new floors! Gabe diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed the poor work by the previous plumbers in no time!   I called Pristine Plumbing because my bathroom stank like sewage. I'd cleaned the toilet multiple times, but it still smell. It was super gross. Pristine sent Eric, who was awesome. He walked me through the problem, explained the solution and the costs. My floor had recently been replaced, and the flooring people didn't properly seal the toilet. 15 minutes later, he's giving me a very reasonable bill and telling me to let the sealant set for a couple of hours. I'm a happy customer!
