  I used Priority Cesspool back in October when my toilet began to severely back up. I suspected that the cesspool needed to be pumped so I was somewhat overwhelmed when they came and told me that the old, cinder block cesspool in the backyard was unstable and should be replaced. Due to the fact that the width of my gate is small, they told me that unfortunately they might have to remove a portion of the fence, disrupt my lawn, recently completed flower beds and a recently installed sprinkler system. I am a first time home owner and this was the first major issue I had with my home, so I was nervous about the magnitude of the job. They explained everything clearly and gave me a fair and clear-cut estimate. The owner even came an additional time free of charge to take some measurements to see if he could fit through the gate and answer any questions I had. I appreciated that as I was very nervous. They were able to fit through the gate and completed the job in one day, exactly as they said they would. The disruption to my lawn was as minimal as it could be on a job like this and there was minimal, unavoidable damage to the sprinkler system. They also cleaned everything up as best as they could. I did shop around for other estimates before selecting Priority Cesspool and their estimate was very fair and they were the most knowledgable about the work that needed to be done. They were professional regarding any phone calls and paperwork that needed to be done and were reliable, showing up right on time. I truly do not think that another company could have completed a difficult job like this and I am very grateful that they did not have to remove any fences or flower beds, which would have ultimately cost me more time and money. As much as I hope I do not have to contact them for a long time, I would absolutely use them again if any unfortunate situations were to arise.

  I am sick to my stomach after yesterday's charge with my cesspool being pumped. The company was there less than one hour, only pumped the main and I was charged 1,085.00!!!! The feeling I have is unexplainable. I feel robbed. Please do some research and avoid what I went through!
