  Literally the worst plumbers of our entire local area. Prins is extremely disorganized and unqualified himself, let alone any help he poorly trains. They never go by code and you almost always will have to call them back for issues with their terrible work. Every bit of plumbing they've ever done for me has to be redone later. Just a couple examples of the shoddy job they do: they didn't vent a single fixture, they used S traps under sinks instead of Ps, they just shoved the bathroom exhaust fan hose into the crawl space against flush against some insulation, they broke a furnace and left it for a month, they stuck a basement dryer hose out a window they cracked and called it good for winter, and they ran a drain line the opposite sloping direction.

  I’ve used this company before during the summer for a cooling issue. “low Freon “ was very pleased with the prompt response and service at the time. Decided to continue business with them again for a on demand water heater issue, but didn’t here back from them, while waiting for a response the furnace started acting up again . Sounds like it may have a Freon leak which was not detected the first time.
