Excellent service from Princeton Air's Justin. He was personable and very professional, testing the system carefully. He identified the issues with our A/C that another company had missed completely; that one had recommended complete replacement of the system. But Justin found issues that were simple to fix and got the system running well...all at about 1/15th of the price that was previously recommended by another company. Highly recommended !

The technician Will was very courteous and prompt. He answered all my questions and walked me through exactly what he was doing. He gave me no-nonsense answers and afterward I felt more confident about the heater being able serve us during the winter months. I did not check the "Good quality" item because Princeton Air is expensive and sometimes defaults to expensive part replacement instead of simpler repairs, but that was not the case with this visit.

Justin was the best technician to have visited our house. Extremely proficient and professional, but what sets him head and shoulders above others was his friendly and open way of explaining the system. I never felt like I was bothering with my beginner level questions and 10 minutes with Justin was much more helpful than hours of "Youtube-University" learning about heater systems and their troubleshooting and maintenance. Looking forward to learning the ins and outs of air conditioner maintenance in the spring with Justin. Thanks!
