  Curtis was professional, quick and pleasant to work with. Primewest Plumbing was contacted to connect a new water service pipe to our home and the work was done well and with concern to not damage our finished basement.

  Called on a Friday evening, all drain were backed up. The women who answered the phone responded quickly and told me that the plumber will call me asap. He called back 15 mins later. He told me the estimate of the work before he even arrived, he showed up within the hour and went straight to work. The price quoted was exactly what I paid. The work was done in a timely manner and I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a plumber. Professional and fast. Done right the first time.

  Absolute amazing customer service! On time, very personable and was willing to install our own shower head. Was respectful of not making a mess and reasonable rates. Will def call again if we ever have an issue again!
