  We used them through American Home Shield and I am so grateful to know about this company. From the moment I called them to make an appointment the agent asked to confirm the problem and then scheduled me for the next day. The day of service, I received a phone call that my technician's were on their way and provided an link to a map to see where they are and estimated time of arrival. Yes, they were on time. Dee Dee and Orlando came, they were very personable and knowledgeable, they asked to confirm what the problem was. Immediately, they had this snake equipment and got to work. What was also amazing is that as they removed the hose from the pipe, they wiped the hose with a paper towel to ensure it did not drip on the floor. They also cleaned up any water that dripped from the facet. The equipment they had was up to date. The previous company we used had a small rusted tool so I was so happy when Dee Dee and Orlando had the right equipment. Orlando also showed me the small vent cap (I don't remember the name) that was attached to the pipe and cleaned it out. Great service and I will not only use them again if necessary, but notify my neighbors as well.

  Notify customers when they are going to have to reschedule and have better customer service. I had an appointment today and took off for it. I finally called to check the status and that's when I found out they were going to reschedule me. Had I not called, I would have still been home waiting. When I asked to speak with a manager, the rep going to say, "Well you can just call American Home Shield and ask them to send another contractor out"! Obviously she doesn't care about the company losing money and I would definitely prefer to give my money to a company who provide great customer service

  Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Our technicians were skilled professionals, on time, and courteous in our home. Dee Dee gave our job the attention you extend a V.I.P. or family member. She was patient, and thorough, with every question or concern along the way. Her level of customer care made an otherwise unpleasant situation a very positive experience. *****
