Our water heater decided to "drown itself" 5 days before Xmas. When I called, I received a call back within 5 minutes & they sent out a technician in less than 2 hours. Brian Ware, our tech, was efficient, friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Prime Plumbing for affordable & reliable service.

Prime responded to our needs quicker than the company we have a maintenance agreement with! Nathan did a super good, clean job of replacing our water heater (and he did previous excellent work replacing some valves for us). We'll be sticking with Nathan and Prime.

Prime Plumbing’s employee, Bryan, was very courteous, friendly, and professional. He was on time and the job was completed quickly. The cost was a lot less than the quotes from other companies.
