  To begin, Zach is very cordial and personable...he is an extremely polite young man. As we moved on, he shared his thoughts on a solution to the problem, provided us options, and then a price. Upon agreeing on the job, he immediately got to work. He was diligent, knowledgeable, and willing to explain any aspect he thought to be pertinent. That was a good way to start! He continued to remove the toilet...and, it was a stubborn toilet to take out! We could not help but to laugh at some of our comments regarding the difficulty. His sense of humor and patience was very welcome! Approximately 90 minutes later, the job was complete. This is my mother's home...we both are very pleased with the result. Zach is quite a good worker with superb skills given his limited time on the job. We were glad he helped us at a vulnerable time and would gladly have him assist us in the future. And, as for Pride Plumbing, thank you for providing a solution to our problem in a span of a few hours...it is greatly appreciated!

  Zach was amazing! This was the first time I had used Pride plumbing and based on my experience with another large plumbing company in the area I wasn’t expecting much. Our sewer line backed up in our backyard over the weekend and we needed it fixed fast. We called multiple plumbers and Pride was the ONLY company that was able to send someone out within 24hrs. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Zach. He was professional and kind, and he explained everything to me as he did it - always updating me on estimates. He was able to locate a collapsed piece of pvc pipe, dig it up, and repair it in just a couple hours. Seriously, great service. I could not be more satisfied. 100% recommend 👍

  bought a house about 4 years ago and all the pipes under the house needed to be replaced. paid a unlicensed plumber to do the job and he made things worst. and, so we contacted pride plumbing. that was the best choice I ever made! Cory McCormick was professional and polite came to my house explained everything he was gonna do and was finished in less than 30 mins he found the issue and it was fixed. no more stress on my end. pricing was reasonable unlike the competitors. 100% recommend this company all staff has been great to deal with. everyone that works for the company has made my experience the most pleasant, couldn't ask for anymore.
