  The guys who came out were great! They communicated before and after the service. They replaced my water heater and fixed a furnace and now everything is working perfectly. The furnace repair was even less than expected. I would highly recommend them.

  My hot water heater went out and it took several days to get in touch with Sears to get a rep out to troubleshoot the issue. He comes out and tells me that there are 2 parts that are not working and it would be $793 + labor to fix a 10 yr old unit. He then tells me that he has his own business on the side and can get me a new hot water heater with installation for $1000. He says he can be at my home by 6pm the next day. Keep in mind that I am still taking cold showers before work. He was a NO SHOW yesterday. He did answer my call at 5:45 and did not even know who I was. He claimed that his helper had already picked up the heater during lunch and he was running a bit late but would come. Nope, never showed up. So glad I called Preston Nealy. He and his helper did such a great job, went above and beyond. It cost a bit more but well worth it!! I know it was done right. Hot shower tomorrow!!!!!

  Friendly, on time, quick, and solved my problem. I even had another issue I wanted them to take care of that was outside their planned activity, they heard me out and took care of that too.
