  William does a great job. But, don’t pay him, especially in cash, until you get a detailed receipt acceptable for writing off his extremely high costs on your AirBNB or property. He is very nice in person, but sadly, he never provided that receipt he promised me. He charged us $2,500 for our little 950 sqft AirBNB that had guests in it while he was fixing our kitchen sink. I’m stupid for trusting him. I only gave him 2 stars becuase he has worked for us before at another property and this is the first time he hasn’t provided what he promised.

  We have a bnb that was having plumbing issues after hours and Tony answered the phone, I told him our plumbing issues and he was extremely helpful. He gave me instruction as what to do and made sure I understood. I appreciate his help.
