  I called Prestige early and they were able to come out same day to BSL. They were extremely polite from the call to the service. As I explained the problem I got an appointment quickly, and arrived earlier which was very nice. I am extremely pleased with the work and the professionalism shown by Prestige Plumbing. I highly recommend this company, and especially the technician, Thomas. Thanks again!

  My husband made an appointment with them yesterday for this morning. Nobody showed up for scheduled appointment time, no one tried to contact us to let us know “Hey we’re running behind.” or “Hey we won’t be able to make it today.” They straight up just didn’t answer when we called. I guess they don’t want to make money or want to work, don’t use this business.
