  Roy is awesome! I was assigned Presidio Plumbing through my warranty company. Roy came out the next day with his helper, Daniel. They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. So much, in fact, that he provided me with contact info for maps and departments downtown. Unlike companies in the past where they just punch through the clog and try to sell you on expensive flushes, Roy and Daniel did the job twice to confirm that it was done correctly and efficiently.

  Presidio was assigned by Service Line to repair a bad leak in my main water line. The line was in such poor condition that a full replacement was in order. Presidio argued for a full replacement, but were refused. Presidio asked if we could manage without water until the next morning so they could ask their supervisor to lobby on our behalf with Service Line Warranty. We agreed, and were delighted to learn full replacement had been approved! That same day they came fully prepared, dug a brand new trench, cleared away some branches and roots, and in two hours the new line was in, the trench was back-filled, and we had running water again. Bottom line: Presidio ROCKS!!

  Sometime in May 2021 Presidio was dispatched though my insurance company to repair a water leak between the meter and the house. The workers that did the repair were friendly and courteous. However, when they finished the repair they got dirt in my pipe line whereby my kitchen and laundry room did not have hot water. I was able to remove some of the dirt and pebbles from the screen on the sink faucet in my kitchen island and the water there flows freely. However, the main kitchen sink and the laundry room sink hot water have clogs and do not have easily accessible screens. Since the hot water on the island kitchen sink flows freely, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand that the water is getting from the hot water heater to the kitchen and that the clog has to be in or before the faucets but after the hot water heater. Presidio fails to take responsibility and refuses to repair the clog that they caused. Further, they seldom answer their phone and never return calls left on their voice mail. Further, they told my insurance company that the clog was in my hot water heater which is not true because as previously noted the hot water runs freely to the island kitchen sink. Further yet, there was no clog before Presidio repaired my underground pipes and regardless of where the clog is, the clog is directly caused by Presidio causing dirt and pebbles to get into my water line. Presidio left us with no hot water pressure. I now have to find a reputable plumbing company to repair the clog caused by Presidio. Hopefully the insurance companies are aware of this and stop using this subpar plumbing company.
