  I recently scheduled a request to get an estimate for a home EV charger installed and had a great experience from start to finish. Scheduling was a breeze and it was so easy to get personal assistance by phone - the ladies who provided assistance were incredibly friendly and helpful. Kristy patiently answered my questions about their services and I signed up for the All Trades Maintenance Plan which is reasonably priced compared to other companies. On the day of my scheduled appointment, Jake (electrician) showed up promptly and was very friendly - I received several options available and there was no pressure to make a sale which I appreciated. Based on this experience, I passed on getting other estimates and decided to use Premium for several services. I highly recommend this company!

  They came out to do an estimate and “house call” which is a great deal for $50! They added my house call fee to the services I needed also so that was super nice. I am having my ducts and vents cleaned and a repair of my heat pump since it has a big leak. They are coming out to repair it in a very timely manner and didn’t rush through anything, took the time to make sure I understood what was happening. They will do the repair and duct cleaning the same day which is also super nice. I highly recommend this company if you need an estimate or repair. I will be calling them for my hvac, plumbing and electrical needs in the future.

  Michael came by to look at our duct work for cleaning. We decided to install a purification system in addition to having our duct work cleaned. He installed the system on same day and we scheduled to have ducts cleaned next week. We were very impressed with hus knowledge and he is very personable. We couldn't say enough about the office staff when I called to inquire about estimate. She was very nice and most helpful. We always prefer to do business locally and Premium seems to be a top notch organization.
