  These drivers are absolutely terrible. Purposely did not allow me to merge even though the merge lane had ended to the point where they almost hit my car. Yeah they might fix your stuff (looks like they won’t even do that from the reviews) but they’ll also run Into you on the road. Really should pick better employs especially with the vans they drive. To add onto it all, as they past after almost running me onto the sidewalk I could see the passenger laughing like it was a joke and he was having fun.

  I wish I could give a 0 star rating. My HOA hired these people to look at a leak in my ceiling. They cut holes in the ceiling and found a leak. However, they stated that the leak is coming from the upstairs neighbor and they weren't going to fix it because the neighbor wants to use a different plumbing service. However, they left the holes in the ceiling and didn't fix it. So now I still have a leaking pipe with two holes in my bathroom ceiling. Thanks Premier Building Services for making everything worse!

  We are sorry for your frustration. It is equally frustrating for us when the HOA will not pay to finish the repair we diagnosed at their request. The HOA deferred to the upstairs owner hiring their own plumber to fix the issue. That plumber should also fix the holes in your ceiling that were required for the diagnosis. In fact, they will likely need to access those pipes through your ceiling, so that part of the work is already done for them; which will speed the repair time once they start. Additionally, the upstairs neighbor should hire a drywall contractor/painter to fix the holes rather than the plumber - drywall is an art. We do have that expertise on our staff, and would have patched it when we were done if the HOA had given us the go ahead to do the repair, but most plumbers do not do any drywall.

  I had my furnace and water heater replaced and installed by Premier Building Services and also some ductwork replaced and had an absolutely excellent experience. Cesar was super friendly, prompt, professional and reasonably priced to top it all off. The guys he sent out to do the work were also very friendly, competent and professional and got the work done as quick as possible to get us heat and hot water! So grateful for these guys! Great experience all around! I will definitely keep their number on speed dial for the next time I need them! I will be referring all my friends to Premier Building Services, for sure! Thanks so much for everything, Cesar!
