  I called for an appointment on Monday morning and was given an appointment for Wednesday around 11:00 am. I finally received a call on Thursday around 2:00 pm. The dispatcher told me that the technician was on his way. When I told her that my appointment was for the day before and I was looking for someone else, her response was, I am good with that. No apologies, just rudeness!

  Nightmare experience. 2 plumbers, one son of the owners. Their main goal is to get the most amount of money from you. They tried to steal my water boiler and then terrorized my family to pay the amount of $600. Originally we agreed on $340. Warning do not use their plumber services. They are dangerous. Thefts. Call police on them.

  I hired Prejean's to change the main water shut off valve when we were getting our house ready to sell. The shovel work and plumbing was first class. Everything else wasn't. They left the old valve in the front yard for me to pick up, left muddy hand prints on the wall, the shutter & the privacy screen. Not to mention the faucet cover on the now muddy ground. If you need a plumber steer clear of these clowns.
