  We called at 8:00 a.m. for a plumber to come out and install a new sink. We had new counter tops installed along with the new sink, but the contractor who did the counter tops did not do plumbing. Over the phone we asked for a ball park estimate of what they charge so we could know how much to plan on, but they refused to give any kind of estimate. They said they would be here between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m., later called to say they were running late and it would be between 3:00 and 4:00, We said "OK". 3:00 came, 4:00 came, still no plumber. at 4:30 we called back, and said, "Hey, where is our plumber due between 3:00 and 4:00?" They said, "Oh, I know we told you between 3:00 and 4:00, but our last plumber just went out on a call and we don't have anybody else. Maybe we can send someone tomorrow." At that I said, "You could have at least called to let us know no one was coming, rather than letting us sit hanging. What if we had other things we needed to do and put them on hold waiting for someone you weren't even going to send. As for sending someone tomorrow, don't bother, we'll call someone else who is reliable," and hung up. I would not recommend using this company. I give them zero stars
