A couple weeks ago we woke up one Saturday morning to a flooded garage. Our 20 year old water heater finally gave up on us during the night. We called several local companies but none of them could come out until Monday or Tuesday of the next week. From the first contact we had with Preferred Home Services we were extremely impressed with them. They assured us they would have someone out there soon and that they would get our install done that day. I wish I could remember the name of the person I spoke to on that initial call. She was so very helpful and sent us a photo & bio of who would be coming to our home and even kept us posted by text of estimated arrival time. Our technician, Alec, got there sooner than anticipated and was everything you want in a "repair man", very pleasant and professional. After inspection he confirmed the problem and talked over our options without pressuring us to spend more than necessary. The installation was outstanding and the unit looks and works much better than the original ever did. This was our first experience with this company but the next time we are in need of service, they will be our only call. We are well pleased with the service we received. I would definitely recommend this company to any one in need of plumbing repairs. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The plumber came on time and worked diligently. He also made sure to answer questions and explain anything I did not understand while repairing my plumbing. This was by far the best experience I’ve had in regards to repairs with my home.

I gave Preferred Home Services a call and Lauren who answered the phone greeted me my saying how can I put a smile on your face. Then Alan the technician stop by an gave me option on price. He went through all protocol to make sure I receive the lower cost. He also educated me on the service and fixed the toilet. I am now smiling and very happy with the service I received. Great job to the both of you!
