  When I called for help on my broken AC late this Spring, Preferred came right out to repair it. The serviceman was courteous, friendly, experienced, and with years of knowledge. He did not leave until he was satisfied the AC was working great. I was very pleased with the price too, The company called backed the next day to check on my AC performance. This family owned company ranks as one of the best business I have dealt with in years. These are the kind of people you like to know.

  Technicians arrived at my home quickly when I called and reported a problem with my A/C. I describe the problems I was having and the workers had the issues solved quickly. They were very thorough in examining my unit and made sure that all my questions were answered. Preferred Cooling & Heating showed a very professional and freindly manner. I would recommend their business to all my friends and family. They did a wonderful job!

  Preferred replaced my old four ton heatpump with a new five ton heatpump last year and did a good job with installing. This new unit is quiet and also efficient! I would recommend them to my friends and family.
