  We live in New Orleans and had to evacuate due to Hurricane Ida. So we went to a friend's house in Welaka, Florida. Unfortunately, we accidentally broke the hot water heater and needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called Dale at Prefab Plumbing Services and got him straightaway. He said he could come out that day but it would be after 5 which was OK with us. The only thing I asked him was to please wear a mask and he said okay. He never showed up. We postponed our dinner waiting for him and by 6:30pm he was still a no show. So I called him to find out what happened and left a message on his voicemail. He never called back. I don't know if it was because I asked him to wear a mask but I cannot understand how anyone could be so inconsiderate as to leave me waiting for hours and not bothering to return my call. If it was, indeed, because of the mask question, he could have said no when I was talking to him. Just unprofessional across the board. If you need a reliable, knowledgeable, and responsive plumber, don't call Prefab Plumbing; call Satsuma Plumbing instead.

  Called at 10am and spoke with the owner, made an appointment the guy never showed up, never called, won't respond to my call or text. Told him it was a sewer line clogged so left me all day without having it fixed until I find someone else. Very unprofessional way to not do business. Highly advise you stay away from him
