This was the best training class I’ve ever been to. The class was spent entirely in the field. We got 100% hands on training with the exact equipment that we will use in the field and that is priceless. After class we were able to experience a real time leak detection with a customer and got to put all of our new knowledge to the test and it paid off. I can’t say enough good things about Craig and Billie. These folks run a tight ship and Craig really knows his stuff.

Called Craig to find a leak after local plumber WITHOUT leak detection equipment gave me an estimate of $8000-$10000 to replace main line. First thing Craig told me was that the leak was so small, it was VERY unlikely that the main line was the problem. Turns out that the fix will be a couple hundred to fix, Call Craig and Billie first. They saved me a few thousand $$$$$$$$

I can't say enough about the excellent service we received from Precision Utility Locating. Craig Myers performed a Leak Detection Service at our property in Parks, AZ. On the first phone call Craig was gracious with his time - spending 20 minutes talking through our issue and then describing his process to me. I was very comfortable in hiring him. Billie is the office manager and she set up the appointment and clearly went through the fee structure. No surprises. Love that. Billie called me the day before the appointment to confirm again. Immediately after the appointment, Craig called me and gave me a very detailed verbal report. They were very thorough in their process and I now have a very good understanding of all the systems on the property. Craig also made recommendations for future improvements, which we already knew about, but it made me feel even more confident in Craig's work. Super nice, friendly people. You won't be disappointed. They work all over the state of AZ.
