  My husband passed away last year, so when my very-old septic started to act up, I was freaked out. I called Precision, he returned my call quickly, and just happened to be in the area. He was able to fit me in between appointments to take a look. He was able to clear the root blockage while he was there, and gave me a recommendation for getting repairs done to fix the problem permanently. Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

  Ricky has been a true professional and very helpful while we've been trying to figure out what's going on with our drainage/septic system. We appreciate the time that he has spent in trying to problem solve and the solutions/ideas he has suggested. His knowledge and experience have been reassuring during our time of uncertainty and worry. I would highly recommend his services!

  My pump had quit working and Ricky came out the same day to look at it. Then came the day before Thanksgiving to pump it out and Black Friday to replace the pump. So I was able to have a wonderful holiday with my family. He, also, worked with me on a payment arrangement, when another company, who came out initially, refused to help me without up front money. I highly recommend Precision Septic to everyone!
