  Our old water heater started leaking this morning. It was end of life. I called Precision Plumbing & Water Heater Repair. They took my information and told me to expect the technician to call around mid-day. Technician actually called me within one hour and was at my house 10 minutes later. He was very professional and polite. He performed all required code upgrades and completed installing the new water heater in about 1-1/2 hours. He provided a complete estimate before starting the work and he took care of everything, including drying out the water leak and sweeping up afterword. I couldn’t be more pleased with Precision Plumbing & Water Heater Repair. They respond quickly, professionally, and come completely equipped with a new water heater and with all of the parts and tools needed to complete the job. Very quick and very professional service!

  Discovering a flooded garage is how our morning began. In less than four hours from my call to Precision Plumbing & Water Heater Repair, we had a brand new water heater and our day was back to normal. One technician arrived with all the equipment and parts required for a complete installation. New plumbing and gas fittings were provided along with all hardware and misc. materials to ensure the new tank meets all local Building Codes. He was very personable and was obviously very qualified and professional. He happily answered my questions and made sure I was familiar with the various temp settings and function codes before he left. Cost for our new 50gal. Tank was very reasonable. I highly recommend Precision Plumbing & Water Heater Repair

  I called at noon seeking information about water heaters. I already had enough info to make an informed decision and was exploring options outside of the Big Box landscape. The person that answered my call was knowledgeable and professional. Long story short, Precision Plumbing & Water Heater Repair installer arrived at my home at 3:00pm (that same day). By 5:00pm I had a new water heater.
