  This company is awesome. I had a malfunctioning pressure reducer valve. Mike came out right away and fixed it. He explained all my other turn off switches to me. He found the problem right away just by me explaining what was going on with my toilets and faucets. He cleaned up behind himself after the work was done. I did not have to worry about a thing. His price is very reasonable. I will be calling him in the future if I have any other plumbing issues.

  On past sunday, found out my sink pipe had a leak so I called about three different companies to get a quote over the phone and to see how fast they can come out to fix it. I called the very first company that popped up under search but unfortunately they just forwarded my contact number to the company to be in contact and was never in touch with them. The second company I called for service which is company called Rooter, the first guy Steven quoted around $132 plus weekend fee $59 and told me that his brother will be in touch since he will be the one will be coming out to my house. Well, when I got a call from his brother Brandon, sounded like he didnt want to work on a sunday and he quote "whatever my brother Steven quoted you, my price is $190 plus $59 weekend fee plus parts but do you want me to come today or you want to wait until monday?" and when i told him about the $25 coupon on the website, he said that only applies during the weekday not weekends. So I told him to take the day off and I will call elsewhere. Now, I called Precision Plumbing. He told me he will be out to my house in about 3 hours later and he was there about 5 minutes early than he said, which is a very good thing. Then he comes in and he does fantastic job on replacing the pipe under the kitchen sink. Then he goes out of his ways to fix my garbage disposal. In addition, he gives me tips on how to fix it in the event the garbage disposal gets stuck, etc. Even though I am not a pro, I know when i see a work gets done very thorough and trust worthy. He himself is the owner and a plumber who has done a phenomenal job! My words cannot describe how thankful i was of him for the wonderful job he has done for the hire! Very trust worthy and price was even less than what the other company has quoted me. Thank you, Thank you, Mike!
