  Ron, Jamie and Faith were wonderful. They started the project, gave me an estimate and got back to me. Once they started the project, everything went smooth and in a timely fashion. Only 2 days, once my contractor trenched to their specifications. Replaced the sewage line at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend them.

  Excellent service and super reasonable prices. Had a pinhole in the hot water feeder pipe. He reworked the lines for easier access. $170 out the door with a tip. TY Precision. Referred by Larry @ Brentwood Ace hardware.

  Our new water heater had a leak within months of installation. Precision did a repair to replace a failing, leaking part saying warranty would cover it. Their part supplier and Presicion are now saying that “tenants must have altered” the water heater, willfully causing damage, which invalidates the warranty. NO. Bottom line, Precision does not stand by their appliance install or warranty. We are HOME owners, not landlords with tenants. It does seem Precision confused our role to charge over $100 in labor, assuming we did not live here. For these reasons, cannot recommend. Pay more to work with an ethical, trustworthy plumbing company, quality appliances/parts, and a real warranty.
