  Just had them out today to empty our septic. These guys are great! Super friendly, helpful and very honest. They are the first and only company I call when our septic needs pumped. Let me tell you how honest. A few years back we had them out thinking we were full. Turns out we just had a blocked up filter. They didn't charge me a thing! They could have made 200 bucks off of me that day but again they were honest and didn't charge a penny. They come most times same day or the next. We could not be more happy and highly recommend them.

  Called and scheduled a day and time for Powell’s to come and clean out septic tank. No call, no show. Husband took off a whole day waiting on them to come. Don’t waste your time on this unprofessionalism. There’s other companies that are professional and willing.
