  I woke up to water in my basement from my heating system. After reading the reviews I contacted Powell and the phone was answered promptly. Later that day.. same day. Which doesn't normally occur these days.. Tom showed up. Very professional and fixed a leaking near impossible to fix pipe. Replaced my expansion tank and the pressure relief valve. Prompt professional work and the price was great. Would not recommend anyone else.

  Had a fantastic experience with Powell. I felt very comfortable with him in my home. Explain things thoroughly and gave several options at different price points to solve the problem. Very appreciative for his quick response.

  I purchased a newer home with a buderus gas boiler, Toms tag was on the front of the unit so I called him to get the unit serviced when it all of a sudden stopped producing hot water. Over the phone he walked me through how to get the unit back up and running and he will be over tomorrow to service a few other things with the unit despite his busy schedule he is still making time for me. Already very impressed with this company’s service and will continue to use them in the future.
